Dr. Rey, the father and mentor of Dr. Kim, graduated from the De Ocampo Memorial College in 1983 and passed the board exam in the same year. He started his early career in his hometown in Alfonso, Cavite but eventually found himself in Subic Bay where he established his practice. His time in Subic Bay molded him into a clinician knowledgeable of the strict standards of his American counterparts in the US Navy. After the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo, Dr. Rey established his practice in Tagaytay City and now provides the same quality dental treatment to the locals, expatriates, and balikbayans in Tagaytay and neighbouring towns and provinces. He is a member of the Philippine Prosthodontic Society, Cavite Dental Society, and the Philippine Dental Association.

Ms. Thita Fajardo is the matriarch of the Fajardo family and is responsible in managing the finances of the clinic as well as the other businesses of the Fajardo Group of Companies. Aside from her work in the businesses she handles, Ms. Thita is also dedicated to bringing more people to closer to the Lord with her work with Faith Center Tagaytay Christian Church.
